Palace Pier is located on the southeast corner of Lakeshore Blvd. West and Place Pier Court. Palace Pier was constructed in 1979 and included an in-house restaurant and tennis courts. The building has an in-house convenient store, a party room at the top of the building, squash courts, swimming pool, exercise room, 24 hour concierge, bus service to Union Station, and valet parking. Lake views are the premium units with much higher price points.
